A nurture cleanse is a guided journey with food that carries you home. Home to your body and home to yourself. It’s about simplifying food, in order to create space. And from that space you can really begin to listen. To know what actually nourishes you. And what you’re truly hungry for.

A nurture cleanse clears the mind, enlivens the senses, and lightens the load. Mentally and physically. It is an opportunity to reset and reconnect from the inside out. Not through force but through a structure that allows you to flow.
THE EXPERIENCE
Over 8 days we will journey together in a sacred and lovingly held space.
We will open and close the cleanse with a live group ceremony over zoom.
You will be invited to set a clear intention for your process.
There will be a WhatsApp group to support you throughout.
During the first 4 to 5 days, you will mono cleanse with simple but nourishing dahls, before transitioning to more varied foods.
