WHAT IS BODYMIND MATURATION?
BodyMind Maturation is a deeply powerful process of outgrowing who you thought you were and becoming the one you were born to be.
The human mind is a mechanical device, continuously mapping past experience onto the present and interpreting it as reality. In other words, we view our present through the eyes of the one who has lived our past. But these mechanical survival responses, and the ways in which we learn to defend and protect, are what we do, not who we are.
Maturation coaching enables us to see this, consciously, by bringing awareness to the stories we have created about ourselves, and where the emotions are trapped in the body, opening up a space for new possibility to arise. It is only by bringing conscious awareness to that which could not be seen, and by being courageous enough to truly feel it, that we find a place to stand beyond it.

Food Wisdom is physical and energetic healing through diet, whether you suffer with physical health symptoms or not. Oftentimes, we are unconsciously drawn to foods that keep us in repeating patterns, keeping energy stuck in the body or sending energy out of the body, in just the way our survival strategies want it to go. This is not about nutrition alone or being on a diet, it is about learning how to consciously use food to nourish the body based on your current energetic condition and relationship with food.
