HANDS ON, PLANT-BASED COOKERY CLASSES WITH REBECCA

With gut symptoms and overall ill health on the rise, more and more people are looking for healthier ways to eat, in the knowledge that the food they choose matters. There are many ways to eat well, and all of us are different, but whether you are a meat-eater, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan, plants are the common denominator that serve not only to deeply enhance our health, but also bring colour, texture and artistry to the kitchen. Over three introductory evenings in January, February and March 2024, I will be sharing my knowledge and love of plant-based food, teaching you simple, creative and delicious ways to optimise your health, expand your creativity, and make food your medicine in daily life.

INTRODUCTION TO GLUTEN FREE COOKING & WINTER WELLNESS

New year is the perfect time to take healthy action for the year ahead. In this class, you will learn the art of cleansing and nourishing the body in daily life, with a focus on gluten free and winter wellness recipes.

With my passion for healthy but decadent sweet treats, this is one of my favourite classes to teach. Here, you will learn a new way to nourish a sweet tooth that is also gentle to the body. This class is perfect for anyone who battles with sugar, cravings, and for parents who are seeking healthy alternatives for children.

As we move from winter hibernation into spring, the body automatically begins to cleanse, and our job is to support the process. In this class, the focus will be on lighter foods that help the body to detoxify, encouraging an outward flow of energy and renewal.
