The Long Table of Belonging
Where something as ordinary as eating becomes a doorway to something extraordinary
Part feast, part gathering and part sensory adventure, The Long Table of Belonging is a guided journey through food. An awakening of the senses and an opportunity to discover something deeper and richer through the simple act of sharing a meal.
Imagine a beautifully laid table, a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the delicious smells of food stirring the senses. Before the meal has begun, there is already a sense of magic and mystery in the air.
Throughout the meal, each course is an invitation to experience food in a different way. Through the senses, conversation, reflection and play, guests are invited to become aware not only of the food itself, but of their relationship with it.
THE FOOD AND ITS PHILOSOPHY
At its heart, The Long Table is a celebration of food that has been grown and sourced with care, prepared with love and shared with joy. Food that nourishes our bodies, delights our senses and connects us to the earth, the seasons and the people who bring it to our tables.
Because food has so much to teach us.
The way we eat, the pleasure we allow, the attention we bring and the connections we make reveal something about how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
And when we approach food with this level of curiosity, something beautiful begins to happen. Food becomes a doorway home, into greater awareness, deeper connection, and a sense of belonging within ourselves, with one another, and with life itself.
And when we approach food with this level of curiosity, something beautiful begins to happen. Food becomes a doorway home — to ourselves, to one another, and to a deeper sense of belonging in life.
Inspired by the changing seasons and the wisdom of the Five Elements, each Long Table is shaped by its setting and environment, in collaboration with chefs and venues who share a deep respect for provenance, the land and the art of nourishing people.
The Long Table may unfold in beautiful venues, private homes, retreat settings or out in nature.
It is an invitation to gather, feast, discover and delight, and to remember the simple joy, nourishment and connection that food food can bring.
WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID
I recently attended Rebecca’s CONNECT workshop and it was a beautiful and deeply healing experience. My nervous system often feels quite activated and hypervigilant, and self-development workshops can sometimes trigger a threat response in m, even when I genuinely want to be there. However, I immediately felt safe in Rebecca’s presence.
She has a natural ability to create safety, trust, and nurturing, alongside a wonderful capacity to explain concepts clearly while allowing a gentle, natural unfolding within the space. What became apparent very quickly was her deep wisdom and connection to Spirit, and I felt completely safe and held throughout the entire process.
The food offered during the workshop was outstanding and a perfect complement to the overall journey.

My overall feeling of experiencing Rebecca's CONNECT workshop is that it's okay and normal to connect deeply with others.
For me, Rebecca has a knack of holding a field of energy that reminds my soul and body to really trust. Trust because there is a divine presence around us always, and Rebecca taps into it for us. In this space, she held the field of energy whilst we dared to connect in pure presence with others in the group.
What Rebecca offers is a 'remembering' to feel safe enough to explore this vulnerable and much longed for place inside of me, as a human, and to face another human in this way.
If you get the chance to work with her, watch how your world will open up to new realms and soften into a very sweet reality that does exist from the heart!
